If you want to be published, you've got two main options
Traditional Publishing and Self Publishing.
Traditional Publishing is a complicated and exclusive process that can take over three years. You'll need a literary-agent
to find you a publisher.
Then, even if your story is strong, publishers can reject you if you aren't well known,
the genre isn’t trending, or the story's too unformulaic.
The success rate is around 1–2%.
Meanwhile, Self-publishing, which is on the rise due to the many problems with Traditional Publishing, costs between
$1,000 - $20,000 AUD.
Over 90% of self-published books sell fewer than 100
